1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 6kbd platform — including our website, mobile interface, games, and any associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. 6kbd reserves the right to suspend or close any account found to be in violation of these security requirements. Any funds in a suspended account may be held pending investigation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

6kbd supports a range of local and international payment methods for the convenience of Bangladeshi players. All financial transactions are subject to the following conditions:

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 6kbd and its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. This includes, without limitation, losses from betting outcomes, technical interruptions, or unauthorised access to your account.

6kbd makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the platform or any games hosted on it. Scheduled maintenance, server downtime, and third-party service interruptions are outside our direct control.
